MyGuns ships domestically within Canada. Not all products are available for domestic shipments or dead-drops, however the majority of pistols and ammunition product types are. Our vendors are unable to ship any products OUTSIDE of Canada, however all products that are already existing in Canada are available for purchase and delivery using dead-drops or split courier shipments.
Vendors break down all guns, conceal everything, and ship using multiple couriers, this way there are no risks to any of the parcels being intercepted and in the event that we need to re-ship an item to you, we only need to send you the part in question rather than the entire gun again. Dead-drops are also available at a slightly higher shipping price.
Yes, assembly is fairly straightforward. Full instructions are provided, after you have made your purchase you can access the "Downloads" page in your account dashboard where you will find full detailed instructions with pictures for the guns you have ordered. You can also find guides all over the internet, or email us (however, we have never had to provide this support over email for re-assembly as our instructions are extremely detailed with step by step information.)
Yes, all orders for guns and ammo work on an escrow basis. You can view your escrow wallets at any time in your account dashboard. You must finalise your escrow within 14 days of shipment, or the payment system will automatically finalise at the 14 day mark. If you wish to extend your escrow period due to any shipping delays, you can do so from your account dashboard. You can extend for 7 days at a time. Any customers that ***** this feature when the tracking shows your items have been delivered may be banned from placing future orders.
